From the Airport to Dubai
Al Maktoum sits on the southern edge of Dubai, near Jebel Ali, so the ride into the city is a proper drive rather than a short hop. Most passengers are heading for Downtown, the Marina, Palm Jumeirah or the business districts, and the road runs through the newer parts of the city before the main skyline. Share your hotel or tower name so we know the right entrance.
By road it is about 50 km and usually takes 55 to 75 minutes. Most of the way is on E611.
Pickup and Drop-off
Al Maktoum International Airport lies in Dubai South, southwest of the main city near Jebel Ali, and is used mainly by cargo, charter and selected passenger flights.
