The Drive from Bahrain to Fujairah
Fujairah sits on the Gulf of Oman side, so you finish by crossing the Hajar mountains to a coast with calm beaches, diving and the fishing harbours of the east. Guests usually come for beach breaks or to visit family, 10 to 13 hours from Bahrain. The mountain road at the end is scenic, so ask for a daylight arrival.
By road it is about 950 km and usually takes 10 to 13 hours, plus time at the border. Most of the way is on E11 and Highway 95. The road passes Al Khobar and Dhahran.
