The Drive from Dammam to Kuwait City

The coast road north passes Qatif and Al Khafji, then crosses into Kuwait at Al Khafji / Al Nuwaiseeb, about 410 km from Dammam. Arriving outside rush hour makes the city's ring roads much easier.

By road it is about 410 km and usually takes 5 to 6 hours, plus time at the border. Most of the way is on Highway 95 and Highway 40. The road passes Qatif, Al Khafji and Al Ahmadi.
