The Drive from Jubail to Kuwait City

Kuwait City is a familiar trip for Jubail travellers, whether for business, medical visits or family, and the road north runs along the coast to Al Khafji. After crossing at Al Nuwaiseeb you pass Al Ahmadi and enter the city from the south. Midday is generally quieter at the border than early morning.

By road it is about 350 km and usually takes 4 to 6 hours, plus time at the border. Most of the way is on Highway 95 and Highway 40. The road passes Al Khafji and Al Ahmadi.
